BART development has been related to Ericsson participation in the research project EVERGROW (supported by the European Commission), 2004-2007. More precisely, Workpackage 1b “Traffic measurement” of EVERGROW Subproject 1 “Real-time measurements of network traffic and topology, using state-of-the-art technology”.
